I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities were excellent. The daily maid service ensured that everything was well-maintained and in order. Additionally, the location of this hotel was perfect. It was just a short walk from the center of town where there are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. Moreover, its proximity to La Playa Puntilla allowed me to easily go for a jog and enjoy the beach. Lastly, the staff were extremely helpful, and their ability to speak good English was a bonus.

We stayed at this hotel for Christmas and it was a great experience. the staff was very friendly and helpful, and they even had a Christmas dinner for guests. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to some great restaurants. the room was also very comfortable, with a spacious bed and good amenities.

That the Wi-Fi was a bit slow and only worked in the lobby. the hotel could use some updates as it felt a bit old-fashioned.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to the main beach of Puerto de Santa Maria. It is also conveniently situated near the Catamaran terminal, which offers regular sailings to Cadiz from early morning to late evening.

There were some issues with ants in the apartment, which made the stay uncomfortable.

loved our stay in el puerto de santa maria, and this time dunas puerto exceeded our expectations! check-in was a breeze, rooms were clean and bright, and the staff were extremely helpful. the pool and gardens were well-maintained, making it a great place for a long weekend or week-long getaway.
