We just returned from a wonderful stay at this hotel and we couldn't be happier with our choice. The room was clean and spacious, and we were lucky enough to have a pool right in front of us. The location of this hotel is perfect, as it is in a quiet area at the far end of the complex, surrounded by well-spaced out tropical gardens. We also appreciated the variety of amenities offered, such as car hire, laundry service, and even an airport shuttle. The staff here were exceptional, always friendly and helpful. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place to our family and friends.

That the dining options were not as varied as we would have liked. However, the quality of the food served in the restaurant made up for it.

This hotel is a little piece of paradise. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with first-class service from the reception team. The suite I stayed in was spacious and equipped with modern furniture. I especially loved the well-spaced tropical gardens surrounding the hotel, providing a quiet and serene atmosphere. The pool area was fantastic, with a larger pool for adults and a smaller one for children. The staff organized daily activities like aqua gym, pool quizzes, and darts competitions, making sure there was never a dull moment.

I would highly recommend this hotel to families, as there are plenty of amenities and activities for all ages.

I recently stayed at Suites & Villas By Dunas and had a fantastic experience. The weather was amazing during my stay in early March, with plenty of sunshine throughout the day. The rooms were great, allowing me to enjoy the sun in the mornings in front of the villa and in the afternoons by one of the pool areas. The food at the hotel was very good, with a wide choice and nicely presented dishes. The staff were all very helpful, and despite some young children in the dining room, my overall dining experience was enjoyable. The only small issue I had was with the room safe, which was positioned at skirting board level in a wardrobe. However, reception was aware of this and I challenge the management to visit room 122 in the afternoon or evening to understand the reason for my complaint. I had a very good winter break at Suites & Villas By Dunas and I would definitely recommend it.

The accommodations were excellent, especially the villas. I loved having a kitchen with all the necessary appliances to prepare quick meals. the cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, with daily cleaning and fresh towels provided. It was also convenient to have beach towels available at the reception. the staff was friendly and attentive, and the hotel grounds were well, maintained. it was a stress, free and enjoyable place to stay.

The hotel could improve in certain areas. the playground and mini club could use a bit of an upgrade, as the toys seemed outdated.
