The room was cleaned daily with fresh bed sheets and towels, and the air con was excellent. The reception staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful. The hotel is in a convenient location for the Metro system, making it easy to explore the city and visit the football stadiums. There are also plenty of local bars and restaurants nearby, making it a great choice for young people.

The staff was polite, helpful, and spoke very good English. They even allowed us to keep our bags in the hotel after check-out, which was incredibly convenient. Additionally, the hotel offered a swimming pool, perfect for cooling down on hot days. The lifeguard was always present, ensuring the safety of the guests. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, and the service from Carmen at the restaurant and Carmen at the front desk was outstanding. They went above and beyond to provide us with quality service and assistance throughout our stay.

The location was great, very close to public transportation and easy access to popular tourist attractions. The view from our room was amazing, we loved watching the fireworks from the balcony on New Year's Eve.
