The room was cleaned daily with fresh bed sheets and towels, and the air con was excellent. The reception staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful. The hotel is in a convenient location for the Metro system, making it easy to explore the city and visit the football stadiums. There are also plenty of local bars and restaurants nearby, making it a great choice for young people.

The hotel's location was ideal, situated in a largely commercial area but still close to the center. There were two Metro stations nearby, making it convenient to explore the city. The staff was polite, helpful, and spoke very good English. They even allowed us to keep our bags in the hotel after check-out, which was incredibly convenient. Additionally, the hotel offered a swimming pool, perfect for cooling down on hot days. The lifeguard was always present, ensuring the safety of the guests. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, and the service from Carmen at the restaurant and Carmen at the front desk was outstanding. They went above and beyond to provide us with quality service and assistance throughout our stay.

We appreciated the complementary hot drinks in the lobby and the free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. the location was great, very close to public transportation and easy access to popular tourist attractions. the view from our room was amazing, we loved watching the fireworks from the balcony on New Year's Eve.

The room was not properly cleaned and we had to request new towels and bedding. the walls were quite thin and we could hear noise from adjacent rooms.

One downside is that the bathroom in the rooms can be quite small, with the door opening into it, which can be a bit inconvenient.

We also enjoyed the tapas at the nearby restaurants, where a free selection was brought out with every drink order. Eco Alcala Suites provided everything we needed for a memorable family vacation.
