Excellent location near the promenade. Good food options at nearby cafes and restaurants. Safe and shallow beach, perfect for children. Convenient supermarket within walking distance. Helpful and friendly staff.

great value for money, huge room with sea views, helpful staff and free use of washing machines. Mar de Cristal beaches were lovely and had a great wifi signal.

the room was nice and the staff at El Secreto Del Agua were extremely friendly and helpful. They provided us with a map and sightseeing suggestions. the restaurant and cafe at the hotel were really good, and we even got a discount. the hotel had lovely green parrot-like birds flying by. it was a great experience.

We had a fantastic stay at El Secreto Del Agua. the convenience and quality of the attached café and restaurant were top-notch. We especially loved the curry in the restaurant, which was much tastier and less oily than the ones we've had back in the UK. the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, and the cleanliness and facilities on the complex were excellent. the location was quiet and peaceful, with a beautiful beach just steps away. We're already planning our next trip back.

Our room was mind-blowing, with a huge balcony overlooking the terrace and sea. The Arena café had a superb selection for lunch, while the Italian restaurant was incredibly good. The staff were helpful, and the location was perfect for enjoying activities such as hiking, snorkelling, and golf. The discounts to nearby bars and restaurants were a pleasant surprise, making this place excellent value for money.
