I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location on the outskirts of town was perfect, with a rail line very close at the back, making it convenient for exploring the area. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with the housekeeping ensuring that the rooms were spotless and well-maintained throughout my stay. I appreciated the room amenities such as the ironing facilities, heating, and tea/coffee facilities, which enhanced my comfort. The garden furniture outside was a nice touch, allowing me to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The free toiletries provided added a touch of luxury, and I found the television and AM/FM alarm clock in the room very convenient. The in-house dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were great for meals and drinks, and the packed lunches were well-prepared. The staff's excellent service made my stay truly memorable.

We stayed at this excellent hotel for 2 nights and had a wonderful time. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely shower/bathroom and luxurious toiletries. The highlight was the delicious home-cooked food in the restaurant. The location was great, with easy access to local attractions and a short walk to a beautiful beach. We will definitely be back.

We recently stayed at a 4-star hotel on the outskirts of Tenby and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, with a rail line conveniently close at the back of the hotel. This made it easy for us to explore the area and visit nearby attractions. The service and housekeeping were top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Our room was equipped with everything we needed, including ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee facilities. The hotel also provided free toiletries, which was a nice touch. The amenities such as the garden furniture and the flat-screen TV added to the comfort of our stay. The dining options were excellent, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area available. The staff provided excellent service, and the food was delicious. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in public areas, as well as the on-site car park for our convenience. we highly recommend this place to family and friends.

Easter break was amazing! Loved the hotel’s central location, so close to everything we wanted to see and do in the area. the staff were incredibly friendly, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the rooms were comfortable and clean, and we had everything we needed for a great stay. Plus, the hotel had plenty of parking available, which was a huge advantage for us. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again.

Disliked the fact that some of the amenities were not up to par, such as the pillows which could have been better quality. the exterior of the hotel could have been more attractive, but it was understandable as we visited during spring, which is not the best season for outdoor appearance.

The location of the Inn is excellent, as it is literally next to the train station and quite close to the railway line. This makes it convenient for travelers using public transportation and provides easy access to Penally beach. The room and bathroom were clean and nicely furnished, providing a comfortable stay. The service offered by the owner and staff was top-notch, with a high standard of customer service. The breakfast was delicious and included a variety of tasty options. the Inn offered great facilities and advantages such as a cosy and homely atmosphere.

The only downside to the Inn was the chaotic evening dinner service, which could have been better organized.
