The swim up room was spacious, kids club and staff were friendly, pool and game room were enjoyable, breakfast buffet was good but repetitive. Close to a beautiful white sand beach, perfect for relaxation or exploring Cadiz. Upgraded to a junior suite, clean and quiet beaches, steps away from beach access, stunning water temperature. Will definitely return next fall.

We stayed at a hotel during new year's eve and it was an amazing experience. the complimentary breakfast and free wi-fi made it even better. the location was perfect, only a short walk to the beach and close to local shops and restaurants. the spa was a great way to relax and unwind after a busy day of exploring.

Our room was a bit small and there was limited hot water, but it didn't detract from our overall experience. the pool was also a bit crowded, but understandable given the time of year.

I was amazed by the beautiful architecture and the integration of the hotel with its surroundings. The beach restaurant and the Thalassotherapy Centre were fantastic. As for the negatives, what a joy it was to pay for the safe and the parking! So refreshing!

I recently stayed at Elba Costa Ballena Beach & Thalasso Resort for a week to relax and explore the beautiful Cadiz region. The hotel's location next to a stunning beach was perfect for leisurely walks. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, with a wide variety of delicious food options at the restaurant. The pools were pristine and there were plenty of organized activities to keep me entertained. The staff, including Sonia and Manuel, were incredibly friendly and even upgraded me to a gorgeous suite on the top floor. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the spa facilities were on par with those in fancy Las Vegas hotels. I had a fantastic experience and would love to return in the future.
