The hotel offered an amazing breakfast every morning and the pool was clean and welcoming. the rooms were equipped with all the basic amenities that one needs for a holiday. the hotel's location was perfect for Christmas festivities as it was walking distance from the city's famous Christmas market.

The rooms were not soundproofed, and we could hear our neighbors through the walls, which made it difficult to sleep.

The room is spacious with ample facilities, including a large and comfortable bed. The terrace is even bigger than the room itself, offering a great space to relax. The receptionist, a kind Spanish girl with dark hair, provided excellent service. The staff at the pool bar were attentive and remembered our preferences. The food was delicious with plenty of options. We had a wonderful time during our stay.

We had an amazing stay here! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed and a large terrace. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The free Wi-Fi was reliable and easy to use. We loved the pool area and the free Spanish buffet dinner once a week. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Wonderful aparthotel with friendly and very helpful staff. The staff at Universal Aparthotel Elisa went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They remembered our orders and made us feel welcomed. The food and drinks at the hotel were also great. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic holiday experience.

Reasonably priced, clean apartment. Lovely balcony with good air conditioning. Restaurant with great views. Good pool and food. Baby-friendly with fully equipped kitchen. No stairs or barriers. Daily pool cleaning. Fresh veggies and fruits. Close to beach with lifeguard.
