Super spacious rooms with a ton of amenities like a fridge, microwave, and kitchenware. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. There’s also a spa with loads of treatments, a game room, and tennis courts. Everything we needed was nearby, and the staff were really friendly. Clean pools and a great location close to shopping.

The pools are amazing! Everyone can enjoy them, from kids to older folks!

The room was spacious and had all the essentials. The garden tub was a highlight, providing a luxurious touch for relaxation. the king bed was quite firm, which not everyone might like. Cleanliness varied; there was hair in the tub and dust on the light fixture. The patio was a pleasant spot to unwind in nature. I appreciated having a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and extra amenities. We did experience some inconveniences with access to our room, and the carpets appeared dated. The staff was generally pleasant but could improve their responsiveness during busy times.

This resort is truly a gem, as it's surrounded by a variety of attractions like Busch Gardens, which is just a 10-minute drive away, and offers easy access to the beautiful historical areas of Yorktown and Jamestown, making daily strolls around the local shops and restaurants a breeze; plus, there's a fantastic array of family-friendly amenities including both indoor and outdoor pools, which kept my kids entertained while we enjoyed the spacious living area equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, although the staff could improve their efficiency in responding to maintenance issues.

Facilities needed better cleaning. The location was ideal for our trip, and the children's playground was a bonus.

The dining table provided a cozy space for us to enjoy our homemade meals together as a family. While we didn't spend much time indoors, the sitting area with a flat-screen TV was a nice touch for unwinding in the evenings. Though, we did notice that the carpeted floor could use a bit of a refresh as it appeared worn in some areas. The free toiletries provided were a thoughtful addition, and the availability of a washing machine in the suite was convenient for keeping our clothes clean throughout our stay. It was particularly helpful since we didn't have to worry about packing as many clothes for our trip. One area that could use some improvement was the lack of a patio or garden furniture. It would have been lovely to have a designated outdoor space to relax and enjoy the surrounding views. a CD player would have been a nice addition for some evening entertainment. despite a few minor issues, our stay at Vacation Village was comfortable and enjoyable. The amenities provided added convenience to our vacation, and the cleanliness of the suite was appreciated. some updates to the interior and additional outdoor seating options would enhance the overall experience.

I can’t believe how chaotic our check-in was! We waited 45 minutes just for parking passes, and when we finally got to our room, there were maintenance tools left everywhere, which is just unsafe and unprofessional. Super frustrating!
