We were grateful to be allowed to check in to one room, which was ready, at arrival after a very long and tiresome trip from Florida. The hotel is located right on the Gran Via, close to Plaza de Espana Metro stop which is easy to get to from the Airport. The staff was very helpful and the service was outstanding. We enjoyed a delicious meal in the restaurant-menu del dia. The room was clean and airy, with a kitchenette and a well-stocked fridge. The bed was comfy and we had a great view over Plaza de España.

The air conditioner was really noisy.

Our stay at Espahotel Plaza De Espana was fantastic! From the friendly front desk staff to the spotless rooms with spectacular views on the 10th floor, everything exceeded our expectations. The well-equipped kitchenette and ample storage space were a great bonus. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the city. We also loved the nearby tapa bar called TAPA PANA, where the food was incredible. The staff's helpfulness and friendliness added to the overall positive experience.

We stayed at a hotel that is right next to a subway station and within walking distance to the Royal palace and other tourist attractions. The room was spacious and clean, with a well-equipped small kitchen and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was excellent, with all the necessary toiletries provided. The breakfast buffet had a reasonable choice and the service was friendly and professional. Plus, the hotel had plenty of storage space and ample power outlets, including USB charge points.
