As a couple, we loved the quick and efficient check-in, perfect for tired travelers. The hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore Las Ramblas and the Opera House. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the bar had a lovely and friendly atmosphere. The hotel's decor was stunning, with beautiful lighting and stylish accents like title pictures inlayed in the floors and live garden walls. The clean and comfortable room with soundproof windows provided a relaxing and quiet retreat. The complimentary minibar with water, juice, and nuts was a nice perk.

As women traveling alone, we loved the attentive and friendly staff, excellent location near the vibrant Rambla and Gothic quarter, and the convenience of the nearby metro station and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and modern, and there was a complimentary computer station with a printer. The hotel design was great and we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay.

Situated down a quiet narrow pedestrian street, it was in the heart of the city and close to the metro station. Our room was modern, comfortable, and clean, with luxurious furnishings and a terrace offering breathtaking views. The staff were friendly and professional, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide range of options to choose from. The hotel also had a rooftop bar and pool, perfect for enjoying the summer weather. a wonderful experience.

The rooftop terrace bar was a great spot to unwind and enjoy a drink. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable. the location was excellent, with convenient access to key attractions and amenities.

The photos online showed a much nicer room, but in reality, it lacked a couch and the bed was uncomfortably hard. the pillows were also uncomfortable and made our heads sweaty.

I recently stayed at this luxurious four-star hotel and I was impressed with the quality of service and comfort during my stay. This place is located in a very popular area which is quite grubby but I did not experience any noise or disturbances because it’s located just behind the opera. The room service was exceptional and the room had all the essential amenities like air conditioning, ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The terrace was a lovely area to relax and unwind and the staff at the reception desk on check-out were friendly and helpful.
