The location was convenient, just an 8-minute walk from major attractions, and the harbor view from the room was breathtaking. Breakfast was reasonably priced for the quality, yet service could be slow at times, especially during peak hours. However, while the staff were generally friendly, a rude experience at the money exchange overshadowed the overall service quality. Room cleanliness was hit or miss, with noticeable dust in some areas.

Breakfast selection was disappointing. room was very clean.

The reception was moved to the ground floor, and Megumi was super friendly explaining the privileges we could enjoy. The afternoon cocktails were nice and relaxing, with a lovely tower of snacks that we enjoyed together after a long day, you know, like a breath of fresh air, if you will.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but if you ask me, what’s a few extra bucks for comfort, right?

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the East TST MTR station, making it easy to explore the area. Had a boss time, la! The harbour view from me room was top-notch. The staff were dead sound too, really made us feel welcome. Just a shame about the Chinese restaurant—felt right awkward when they questioned whether we'd paid, proper put a dampener on things.

My stay was fantastic as the hotel is just a few steps from the Tsim Sha Tsui promenade, where I enjoyed leisurely walks with stunning views of the harbor and visited the nearby Hong Kong Museum of Art, making every moment memorable and inspiring my love for the city. the hotel is also conveniently close to many local eateries offering a taste of authentic Hong Kong cuisine, perfect for someone like me who loves to explore on foot.
