This place is located right at the center of the city, in the most important avenue which makes it very easy to get transportation to everywhere. The staff were very friendly and helped with every request. The hotel also offered amazing service room service, car hire, and tours/ticket assistance. In addition, they had facilities like jacuzzi, restaurant, and bar/ lounge area with a buffet breakfast that included a separate set up for large groups, that made it evident they had high-end quality of service.

My Christmas stay was a great experience! the staff was very friendly and I enjoyed two complementary drinks upon arrival. the location was key, as it was close to all the Christmas markets and attractions. the breakfast was delicious and had a wide selection of options. I also liked that the hotel had a gym, which I used to work off all the holiday treats I indulged in.

The walls were quite thin and I could hear noise from neighboring rooms. the heating in the room wasn't very efficient and it took a while to get the room warm.
