The location was perfect, close to the San Mateo Event Center and shopping areas, while still being peaceful and quiet. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The basic amenities provided were sufficient, and the rooms were in good condition with comfortable beds. I also have to mention the breakfast, which included excellent pancakes. It was a great value for the price, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The service at this hotel was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. They provided us with water and toothbrushes when we checked in late at night. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was amazing, with Vicki Rose and Elias providing outstanding service. The food was delicious and there were options for everyone.
