This hotel is a luxurious venue that fulfilled all our exclusive amenities needs. the service provided was top-notch, with highly trained and friendly staff. the Spa & wellness centre was a highlight, where we enjoyed an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi. the massage services were excellent, and we also had access to a leisure/TV room. The exclusive restaurant provided us with an in-room breakfast that was delicious, and we appreciated the bar/lounge area, snack bar, and buffet breakfast. Cons: the only minor issue was that the outdoor swimming pool was not available, but the indoor one made up for it.

The hotel had amazing views from the 27th floor. The bed was big and really comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly, taking into account our current necessities. The room was spacious with plenty of amenities, including a coffee station and free bottled water. The location was great with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. It was easy to get to the city center via metro.

We stayed here for New Year's Eve and enjoyed the complementary champagne and party favors in our room. the location was perfect for our plans, as we were close to all the festivities. the panoramic views from the restaurant were breathtaking and made for a special dining experience.

The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. There were stains on the carpet and we found hairs in the bathtub.

As young holiday goers, we loved the beautiful rooms, breathtaking hotel, and the amazing cocktail bar. The spa pool facilities on the 29th floor were out of this world, and we even watched the sunset over the city. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the location was great, with a short walk to the nearest tube station.
