The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable stay, and the views from the room were simply breathtaking.

This hotel was just a commendable fit for a lightning trip in Madrid with good price-value balance. The minibar could definitely use a better selection for an upscale place, though. Make sure to double-check your billing to avoid overcharges.

A little dark in the hallways and rooms!!! The shower stall leaks water, which could cause slips!!! Air conditioning could use improvement!!! TV is clunky and slow!!! Soundproofing isn't great between rooms!!!

the bathroom in my junior suite was okay, but the rest felt so dated, like it came from a different era. and no turn down service? for a supposed 5-star experience, i definitely should've received a complimentary gesture for all the issues. oh, and did you know? the gym is a total disaster. very disappointed!

Nice views and comfy stay

The room had amazing skyline views, and the bed was super comfy! Breakfast in the lounge area was a nice treat. Staff at breakfast were friendly, but checking in took a while. I had a little tech trouble with my room key, which was annoying, but the overall vibe was chill.

Had some issues with the keys when we arrived, completely ridiculous! the front desk should've had a better plan instead of making us go back down twice but what really caught me off guard was a staff member just busting into my room like she owned the place, I mean no knock or anything! felt like I was in the middle of a scene that they don't want the guests to witness, truly bizarre!

it wasn't exactly cheap, but what do you expect from a place like this.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and staff provided great service (shoutout to Elham! ). The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. Parking was easy and convenient, definitely a plus!

the views from the top floor are amazin, like seriously stunning! the staff were super friendly and the breakfast had a lot of choices. It tasted great. my room was really comfy and modern, totally loved the heated bathroom floor. the hotel is just a quick taxi ride from the airport, which made it easy for me to get there. overall, it felt like a nice place to stay for my trip.

i had an exceptional stay at eurostars. the hotel was luxurious, with beautifully designed rooms and a fantastic spa. the location was convenient, allowing easy access to elegant restaurants. elham, the receptionist, was the highlight of my visit, offering amazing recommendations. the 24-hour fitness center had state-of-the-art equipment as well!

Amazing views and friendly staff!

Stayed for a night and wow, the view from my room was stunning! Woke up to the city skyline and it felt like a dream. Staff were super helpful, especially at the bar/lounge area where I grabbed a quick snack. Just a heads up, the elevator wait can get a bit long during peak hours.
