We got amazing value for our money at Santorini Kastelli Resort. The room was perfect - clean, comfortable bed, and a lovely little balcony. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff treated us like royalty, always friendly and helpful.

The menu for breakfast could use a bit more variety.

I had an incredible time at this beautiful resort in Santorini. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with a cozy balcony overlooking one of the pool areas. The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of options available. The location of the hotel is also perfect, just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and mini-markets. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely return for another romantic getaway.

I had the most incredible 4-day stay at a resort in Kamari. The accommodations were beyond my expectations and the staff went above and beyond to make my girlfriend and I feel comfortable. They even helped us with transfers and allowed us to check in early. One of the highlights of our stay was the candle massage we booked, which was absolutely relaxing and amazing. The spa experience was even better with 30 minutes of private time. The room was cleaned daily, the pools were fantastic, and the resort's beauty left us in awe. The reasonable price included breakfast catering to various cultures. The staff's eagerness to make us comfortable, especially their excitement to speak Italian with me, was truly heartwarming. It was a fantastic experience that I highly recommend – 5 stars just isn't enough.

We had such a fantastic stay at this resort! the staff at Kastelli were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our visit. From the welcome drink and fruit upon arrival to the helpfulness of the staff with any questions we had, we truly felt taken care of. the grounds of the resort were also beautifully maintained, and we loved having four different swimming pools to choose from. the option for a private transfer to the airport for just €20 was very convenient. If we ever return to Kamari, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Nothing everything was great.

We had a great stay at this resort, which is conveniently located close to the beach and just a short walk away from the restaurant. Our room was modern, clean, and the bathroom was nice. The service provided by the staff was exceptional and the breakfast was delicious. The resort also had various facilities, such as pools and sun beds, which added to the overall experience. Additionally, the location was perfect for exploring the island as all buses go to Fira first, making it easy to get anywhere outside of Fira.

The Wi-Fi in some of the main public areas was weak at times.

As women traveling alone, we felt completely safe and cared for during our stay at this resort. The staff went above and beyond to assist us and help us book activities within our budget. We were upgraded to a beautiful junior suite with an amazing view. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options, and the restaurant offered reasonably priced meals. The hotel's location was ideal, being just a 2-minute walk from Kamari Beach and close to attractions like Ancient Thira. We also appreciated the bus stop right outside the hotel.

The only downside was that the hot tub and bathroom water were not as hot as we would have liked. If you prefer really hot water, you might be disappointed with this aspect.

Great New Year experience! the hotel had a beautiful setting with amazing views of the island. the staff were friendly and provided helpful service. the breakfast buffet was delicious and had a variety of options. the location was convenient, being close to the beach and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. the rooms were clean and well-maintained.

The rooms were a bit small and lacked some amenities. the Wi-Fi connection was weak and unreliable.
