The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was powerful. The room was clean, and the housekeeping staff were efficient and friendly. The pool area looked tidy, and the rooftop terrace was a great spot for a drink with beautiful views.

We had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel. Eurostars Sevilla provided excellent customer service, from their proactive email before our arrival to helping us arrange a taxi when we were delayed. the location was perfect, close to the main sights but tucked away from the crowds. the rooftop terrace offered stunning views of the city, especially the illuminated cathedral. the staff, especially Gerardo and Marta, were professional and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. the hotel was clean, quirky, and had a great cooked breakfast with a wide variety of options.

We stayed at this place and were impressed by its central location near the Cathedral and the square. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. The staff were amazing and provided fantastic customer service. They went above-and-beyond to address any request and made us feel completely at home. We would 100% recommend this hotel for location and service.

The only thing that could be improved is having a porter to help with luggage. However, with this hotel's leisure and wellness centre, including a fitness centre and outdoor pool with sun loungers, there is no shortage of activities for any guest.
