We had a fantastic stay at this hotel apartment. The location was perfect, right next to the tram stop in a quiet district within Dubai Marina. We were able to easily explore the area and visit the Marina Walk, which was within close proximity. The service at this place was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed, including a mini-bar and in-room safe. The hotel also had great facilities, such as an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, sauna, and gym, although we didn't have time to enjoy them.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The apartment I stayed in was incredibly spacious with two large bedrooms and four toilets, making it convenient for a group of four people. The kitchen was fully equipped and the living room had a large couch and dining table. The staff, including the cleaners, concierge, and receptionists, were extremely friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. There was also easy access to transportation, with a tram station nearby and taxis readily available. The hotel facilities were great, including a washer/dryer in the apartment and an outdoor pool with a stunning view. The breakfast served was delicious, offering a variety of local and international dishes. I was impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, breakfast, and the friendly staff.

The apartment we stayed in was incredibly spacious and had all the amenities we needed. the kitchen was well equipped with a full refrigerator, microwave oven, stove, dishwasher, and toaster. the dining and living room area was large enough to host a small party, and there was even an extra maid's quarters with an ironing board and steam iron. Additionally, the location of the apartment was perfect as it was right beside the marina tram station, making it easy to explore the city. Furthermore, there were convenience stores, groceries, and pharmacies nearby for our convenience during our Christmas stay.

Although our overall experience was great, we did encounter a few minor issues. the cleaning of the apartment could have been better, as we noticed some dirt on the floors that affected our crawling baby.

Great location, just steps from the beach and close to popular tourist areas like the Marina and the Palm. Spacious double room apartment with two large bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. Washer/dryer facility in the apartment was very handy. The staff, including cleaners, concierge, and reception, were extremely friendly and accommodating. We were pleasantly surprised that we could have friends visit us in the apartment for drinks. Always taxis available outside the hotel. 24hr Carrefour nearby for convenience. Indoor pool for the kids was a plus.

There were a few small issues during our stay, such as the swimming pool and sun lounging area being in the shade and not getting much use out of it. We also had to pay a tourism fee per night that we weren't told about in advance.
