Check-in was mind-blowing, young lady was super friendly and enormously helpful. Loved the sanitised pens, magnificent food and helpful staff at nearby restaurant Poem. Adequate breakfast served by friendly staff. Very large room, good air conditioning, and accommodating staff who opened the bar after hours. Easy access to motorway and airport. Accommodation was great for tired kids, with free WiFi and sufficient breakfast available.

my stay at the holiday inn express in san sebastian de los reyes was fantastic. the location was perfect, near malls and with easy access around madrid. the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. i especially enjoyed the breakfast!

I gotta say, it was worth every penny. The room was clean, comfy, and had a nice touch to it. The hotel's location was great, and the staff treated us really well throughout our stay.

The location was convenient, with two big malls nearby and ease of access around Madrid. The neighborhood was perfect for business travelers. We found the breakfast to be excellent, with a wide variety of options. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed provided a good night's sleep. We did experience some drawbacks during our stay. The walls were quite thin, and we had a noisy neighbor on our last night, which was a bit frustrating.

I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

the price-quality ratio was good, and the hotel's location, just 10 minutes from Hospital Infanta Sofia metro station, was convenient. While there was no market nearby, there was a shopping area called Plaza Norte within a 20-25 minute walk, which had a mall, Carrefour, IKEA. the room was clean and spacious, although it lacked a refrigerator.

the bathroom was well appointed, with plenty of hot water and towels. I appreciated the tea and coffee making facilities in the room, which were good. the breakfast provided was very nice, offering a great selection of foods both sweet and savory.
