Great shuttle service to tourist attractions and friendly staff. In addition, the room size was good for my needs.

The air conditioning was not as strong as I would have preferred and the room was too warm with the thick winter blankets.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The staff was incredibly helpful and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel had a luxurious feel to it, with a grand entrance and well-maintained surroundings. Our room was comfortable and clean, equipped with all the amenities we needed including a mini-bar, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. We also appreciated the complimentary fruit and water provided. The hotel's location was ideal, situated between two stops and near a bridge that led to a Cantonese restaurant. the service, comfort, and location of this hotel were top-notch.

We recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable stay.

Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and had a great experience. The room was spacious and the bathroom well equipped. The continental breakfast provided a good variety, including European style options. The hotel has a grand entrance and the staff is friendly and helpful. Despite it being an old hotel, everything was well maintained and in working order. The location is convenient for visiting attractions like Taipei Zoo, Maokong Gondola, and Pingxi. I would recommend this hotel.
