Great location, just a short walk to the beach and local facilities. Loved the fact that the resort front was flat, making it easy to explore. the buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of choices for both breakfast and dinner. Staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

The spa swimming pool was too small and not open in the evenings. the bath towels and bedding in our room could have been upgraded for a more comfortable stay.

The hotel is located very close to the beach, providing a nice view and easy access to the sea. You can catch the local bus from the port to explore other areas.

The hotel lacks proper cleanliness and maintenance.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, always available and provided a warm welcome. the newly designed reception and main staircase created a nice atmosphere upon arrival. the rooms were comfortable and cool looking, with improved terraces featuring opaque separators and glass panel frontages. the pool area had canopy double sunbeds and movable sun umbrellas, offering shade during the hot midday and afternoon sun. the restaurant staff were amazing and handled large influxes of people with humor and smiles. the food was of good quality, with a variety of options to suit different tastes. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room were a nice touch, and drinks were available all inclusive.

The hotel did not provide certain amenities that were expected for a 4* hotel, such as minibar, room service, and free safe. the wifi was unreliable, making it necessary to use personal devices for internet connections.

We had an amazing time at our second year staying at Cabot. the entertainment staff were brilliant - so friendly and engaging, especially with our children. the hotel grounds were well kept and perfect for exploring with a small child, and our room was spotlessly cleaned every day. the location was great - just a short stroll to the main port area and close to the beach. A wide variety of dishes were available and the cuisine was excellent. the staff were really friendly and even offered bicycles for us to use. a brilliant place to stay for families with children.

The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with amenities like air conditioning, mini-bar, and a terrace with stunning garden views. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service from reception to waiters. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the poolside snack bar, which offered delicious food and drinks.

We had an amazing stay at Cabot in Puerto Pollensa. The location was perfect, right by the beach and within walking distance to the town center. As cycling enthusiasts, we were pleased with the bike storage facilities and nearby bike shops. The healthy food options were excellent, and we especially enjoyed the chef's daily specials. The hotel also impressed us with their kids club, where the staff went above and beyond to keep the children entertained. the friendly staff, clean rooms, and convenient amenities made for a lovely holiday.

The hotel has been recently updated and now includes all drinks with evening meals, which was great for my budget. The addition of swimming flumes was a fun bonus. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, and compared to other hotels in the area, it is more affordable. The staff at the reception were very helpful and friendly. The cleanliness of the rooms and the excellent housekeeping service were impressive.

the hotel catered well to cyclists, with secure bike storage, a workshop, and even a bike shop. the staff were incredibly helpful and always had a smile on their faces. the facilities were excellent and the location, just a few hundred meters from the beach, was perfect. the food offered a variety of options for all dietary requirements, with a surprising selection of eight different types of milk available. I was also pleasantly surprised by a free room upgrade. it was one of the best value hotels I've ever stayed at. I'm already planning to return next year with my group, who were quite jealous of the facilities and location I had.

I gotta say, we totally got our money's worth at this hotel. Our room was clean and well-equipped, with a beautiful view of the mountains and sea from the balcony. The location was perfect, right on the beach and with great running routes nearby. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially the reception team. Well done, Cabot!

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was if the food was served hot. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Lovely views from our room on the 8th floor and wonderfully close to the beach. Some lovely staff on the main desk and some lovely ones in the restaurant. the location was great, 15 minutes walk to the city center/main square. Good variety of main courses, with fish being especially good - the tuna was exceptional! Evening entertainment by the pool was very enjoyable, with ABBA singers and trapeze artists. There were also activities like face painting and aqua aerobics. the hotel was in a good area for sightseeing, with a market in Port de Pollenca and boat trips available. the hotel's all-inclusive option was recommended.
