The apartment had an excellent location, with easy access to major attractions. It was also larger than average, providing enough space to relax comfortably.

The apartment was extremely noisy, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the common areas of the building had a foul smell, which was unpleasant.

I recently stayed at Fisa Rentals Ramblas Apartments for a few days with my family and it was a wonderful experience. The apartment felt like home with its beautiful design and spacious layout. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a dishwasher and washing machine with drying function. The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance and a convenient store downstairs for any essentials we needed. it was a great value for money and provided excellent facilities for a comfortable stay.

Das Zimmer war sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet mit einer Küche, inklusive Herd, Mikrowelle und Geschirr. Es war wie ein kleines Zuhause fernab von Zuhause. Dies hat es uns ermöglicht, Geld für Restaurants zu sparen. Die Lage des Hotels war schön und es war gut ausgestattet für unsere Bedürfnisse. Wir mussten uns keine Sorgen um lauten Verkehr oder Zuglärm machen, was unseren Schlaf sehr angenehm machte. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption haben uns herzlich empfangen und uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben.

Trotz der guten Ausstattung des Zimmers gab es einige Sauberkeitsprobleme, wie abgenutzte Bettwäsche und einen leichten Geruch von Zigarettenrauch. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn das Hotel hier etwas genauer auf Sauberkeit geachtet hätte.

The location of the apartment was absolutely perfect, being in the centre of the city and in a safe area. It was within walking distance to the famous street, shops, and restaurants. The apartment itself was clean and spacious, with excellent Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The kitchen and bathroom facilities were great, and having a washer/dryer was very convenient.

The meet and greet provided clear directions and excellent details upon arrival. The location was central and safe. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had comfortable furniture. The amenities included a big fridge, nice bathroom, and working air conditioning. The small 'welcome packs' were really useful.

We felt like we got great value for our money with the apartment at Fisa Rentals Ramblas. The room was exactly as pictured and had all the necessary facilities, except for a faulty toaster. However, the manager quickly resolved the issue, giving us a bottle of cava and a new toaster. The location was ideal, within walking distance of major metro stations and the main areas of the city. The staff, especially Mauro, were friendly and accommodating, even allowing us a late checkout due to our flight schedule.

Breakfast delights could be improved with more variety.
