The spa facilities were incredible. Would return for sure. Pics don't do justice to the views. SO RELAXING.

the room was very spacious for two people and had a stunning view of both the mountain and the sea. the large windows provided plenty of natural light and allowed for a great opportunity to admire the scenery. the bed was incredibly comfortable and I had a wonderful night's sleep.

The only minor drawback I found was that the database could use some additional search filters to make it easier to find specific information.

The hotel is located in a peaceful and secluded area, surrounded by beautiful forests and plants. It offers a great view of Mt. Halla on clear days. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable check-in experience. The spa facilities are top-notch, with an indoor pool and outdoor jacuzzi available for guests. The hotel also has lovely gardens, grassy areas, and a small lake with a waterfall and fish to explore.

Some staff members have difficulty understanding and speaking English fluently.

Our twin room at We Hotel Jeju was cozy and comfortable, giving off a homely vibe. I loved the soundproofing as it helped me get a good night's sleep without any disturbances.

The wellness programs were just alright for my taste.

staying at We Hotel Jeju was a delightful experience. the hotel's location in the southern part of the island made it convenient to explore attractions like Hyeopjae and Cheonjiyeon Waterfalls. the staff, particularly Mr Tak, went above and beyond to assist us after a car rental mishap, providing alternative transportation options and ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. the rooms were spacious and clean, and the facilities, including the pools and restaurant, were top-notch.

Staying at this hotel was an exquisite and exclusive experience. the service here was beyond superb, and the Spa & wellness centre was a fantastic retreat. the indoor swimming pool and sauna gave me a much-needed break from the daily routine. I particularly enjoyed the full body massage at the Spa lounge.

The location of the hotel was a bit distant from the sightseeing places. If I wanted to explore the city, it was a bummer.

I spent a wonderful Christmas at a stunning hotel located in a secluded area of Jeju. the hotel had an amazing indoor pool and jacuzzi that my family loved. It was a great place for us to relax and have fun. the hotel also had beautiful grounds with well-maintained gardens that added to the peaceful environment. Another advantage was the excellent service from the staff who were always friendly and made us feel welcome.

The hotel was remote and not situated near restaurants or convenience stores. This made it difficult for us when we wanted to explore the nearby areas and have a meal.
