i had a great experience at fairfield inn during my stay in des plaines. the accommodations were outstanding, with a relaxing atmosphere that truly exceeded my expectations. the breakfast spread was delightful and offered everything I needed for a good start to the day.

the ice machines were not working properly.

The noise disturbances from the hallways and outside were unbearable!!! The bar service was practically nonexistent, and the inconsistent room quality was frustrating. Also, the shuttle service could really use reliability!!! Improve on this!!!

Man, that hot water was straight up cold. Tried for over 30 minutes, didn’t budge. The pool was tiny too, and then some wild birthday party took over the lobby, kids went nuts after hours. Front desk was nice, but they gotta step in with rowdy folks, ya feel me? Super close to the airport, tho.

the hotel offers a convenient airport shuttle which made our stay hassle-free. rooms are tidy and spacious. we appreciated the friendly bar staff who took our orders promptly even late at night.

Great location close to the airport and within walking distance of various restaurants. The room was clean, and the pool was enjoyable for the family. One downside was the parking situation. despite paying a fee, the availability was limited due to sharing the lot with other venues. Breakfast offered a decent variety, but improvements could be made, especially in the hot food selection.

It was just a great match for a quick break in Des Plaines with definitely value for money. The breakfast options were better than I expected—had fresh fruit and hot waffles that were a nice surprise. Check on parking options ahead of time, as it can get crowded.

Had a great time at this spot, especially with the awesome pool and cozy leisure area to kick back in. Just a heads up, the $18 parking fee caught me off guard, but it was still worth it for the convenience. Definitely try to catch a concert while you're here. it makes the whole stay feel even better! 🎶

So stoked about this place. super clean and just a short walk to tons of restaurants and even Target. The breakfast was so delicious, and they had snacks on hand too. Highly recommend for a concert stay!
