The modern and clean rooms made our stay comfortable, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The on-site spa, with its relaxed atmosphere and exceptional massages provided by Claudia, added an extra touch of luxury to our trip. The hotel's proximity to Siam Park and a large mall was also a convenient perk.

During my Easter holiday, I stayed at a hotel which had two great complementary facts to offer. This hotel's location was perfect, just a few minutes from the beach and a large mall. the hotel had a nice pool with warm water. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the breakfast buffet that was always varied and tasty.

There were also some worst aspects that detracted from my experience. the hotel lacked certain amenities, such as glassware and cutlery, which would have been helpful.

So friendly and helpful, especially Jose in the restaurant. They really made us feel welcome.

However, the room size is impressive with a large bathroom, and the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of food options. The hotel also provides facilities such as swimming pools and a gym.

The staff's English language skills, particularly at the Front Office, could be improved.

We also appreciated the facilities like the pool with a slide and the kids' club, which made our children very happy.

One downside of our stay was the distance from shops and the beach. We ended up spending up to €28 additionally per day on taxi fares for two round trips to the beach area, which was inconvenient and added unexpected costs to our trip.
