I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the central location. It was easy to explore the city center and even visit the famous Santuario Las Lajas using public transit that was just a short walk away. The staff was attentive and the basic amenities provided were more than satisfactory. I particularly liked the rooms with windows facing the atrium, as they allowed for natural light to fill the space. The bed was also very comfy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Plus, having breakfast included was a great bonus.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't find any flaws during my stay.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was ideal for us because it was close to the city center and just a short distance from the bus terminal. We were able to easily explore the area and visit the famous Santuario Las Lajas by using public transit. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was modern and the shower was powerful, providing a refreshing experience after a long day of hiking. the hotel exceeded our expectations.

The breakfast options were limited, especially if you don't eat eggs or cheese. It would have been nice to have more variety available.

It was also convenient for our visit to Las Lajas and crossing the border to Ecuador. the staff were helpful, despite our limited Spanish. we had a great night's rest and enjoyed the powerful showers.

After traveling for over 2 months, we were thrilled to find a budget-friendly hotel that felt like a luxurious retreat. As guests with disabilities, we were impressed by the hotel's attention to detail and the comfortable amenities provided. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, despite our limited Spanish skills. The cozy rooms had plenty of warm blankets and offered breathtaking views. The location was ideal, with easy access to the town center. And if you're looking to do some shopping, Ipiales has a wide range of goods to satisfy any shopper's heart.

Felt overjoyed with our stay, couldn't find a single thing to complain about.
