The hotel had modern and well-appointed rooms with different decor in each one. The ceiling to floor blackout curtains and double-glazed doors provided a peaceful and comfortable sleep. The breakfast was very good and there were toiletries provided in the room. The hotel's location was great, situated in a key area near the beachfront.

There was a bit of waiting time for the lifts, especially during the busy Christmas season. The lighting in the room was not ideal for makeup application, making it difficult to see properly in the evenings.

The noise levels in the hotel were quite high, with doors banging and noise coming from the room above. The parking entrance/exit was steep and narrow, making it difficult for those with wider cars.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was really big and clean, and I especially loved the lovely shower. The staff, especially Jorge the receptionist, went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The hotel is well located, close to the beachfront, and the parking facilities were great with easy access.
