The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location in a beautiful area in Cantabria nearby Torrelavega was marvelous. The restaurant for dinner provided delicious meals.

The hotel had a great location, with beautiful surroundings and comfortable rooms. the pool area was a pleasant place to relax and the breakfast was a standout feature.

There were some aspects that were less than satisfactory. One of the beds in the room was unstable and uncomfortable to sleep on.
