Excellent breakfast, comfortable beds, and well-organized conference services. Friendly and helpful reception staff, with exceptional service from Erekle, the concierge. The hotel bar staff, especially Nanuka and the two Zukas, were professional and sweet. A variety of options at breakfast would enhance the experience.

During our stay at Sheraton, we were impressed by the breathtaking views of Tbilisi from our room. The comfortable and clean accommodations made for a pleasant stay. Despite a minor issue with the water pressure in the shower, the room was well-equipped. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of Georgian breads, cheeses, fruits, and vegetables. The hotel's location was convenient for business purposes. we highly recommend this hotel for its professionalism, comfort, and stunning views.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the center of the city, close to beautiful attractions in Tbilisi. The rooms are clean and modern, with comfortable beds and a well-functioning AC.
