The staff were highly trained and friendly to all guests. The pool and spa area were a highlight, especially the outdoor pool with stunning views. Perfect for a romantic getaway. The location, reception and restaurant staff were all excellent. The room was spacious and the shower was very comfortable. The hotel offered a free shuttle service three times a day, which was highly appreciated. The breakfast was delicious and of high quality. the facilities and amenities were top-notch.

Being able to see the entire city and the beautiful sunset from our room was a highlight of our trip. the location of the hotel was also perfect, offering a peaceful getaway from the busy city. Additionally, the room was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of exploring.

One downside was the limited shuttle service to the city. With only 7 spaces available, it was difficult to secure a spot, especially in the mornings when everyone was heading down to see the city or checking out.

The breakfast and spa were great. We also got a surprise bottle of champagne and a fruit platter as a welcome gift. the hotel was situated in a nice area with beautiful views.

The room was outdated and needed some repairs, especially the bathroom. the shuttle service was only available to the city center and not to other destinations, which made it difficult to get around.
