The staff was exceptional - attentive, friendly, and made me feel cared for. They even remembered my name and my pet's name. The breakfast was superb and included in the price. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The rooftop bar had fantastic cocktails and food.

Our room exceeded our expectations with its spaciousness, cleanliness, and comfort. the bed was luxurious, and the small balcony provided a delightful spot to enjoy the city views. the hotel restaurant, Etxeko, served a delicious dinner with attentive and knowledgeable waitstaff. To top it all off, the hotel surprised me with a birthday celebration, truly making our stay unforgettable. this hotel provided excellent comfort and value for the price.
