The value for money was excellent, especially with the Red Level package. The room was incredibly comfortable and the private deck with a hot-tub was a luxurious touch. The hotel's location was perfect, close to everything but still in a local neighborhood. The staff treated us exceptionally well, making us feel welcome and going above and beyond to assist us.

The hotel breakfast menu could be improved, as some dishes were served cold and not as described on the menu.

We had a fantastic welcome at the hotel, with the staff going above and beyond to help us. The rooms were lovely and comfortable, providing a cool and quiet space for us to relax. The rooftop splash pool was a great addition, and we enjoyed spending time there. The bar facilities were good and we were especially impressed with the exceptional breakfast provided. Additionally, the hotel's location was very convenient, as it was within walking distance of the shops and close to the famous cathedral.

We were pleasantly surprised to find that our rooms had been upgraded, which was a lovely gesture. Another highlight of our stay was the rooftop terrace with a pool and spa. It provided a gorgeous reprieve and allowed us to relax and unwind. The location of the hotel was also a major advantage, as it was centrally located and allowed us easy access to all the key attractions. Furthermore, the service throughout our stay was exceptional, making our Christmas holiday truly enjoyable.

While our overall experience was great, we did encounter a minor inconvenience with the shower/tub in our room. It was a bit challenging to get in and out of, which could be improved for guest comfort.

We stayed in a beautiful hotel located in the heart of the narrow alleys of the historic district. The staff provided excellent service, especially the concierges who gave us great recommendations for sightseeing. Our room was attractive, modern, and very clean, with a functional bathroom. The breakfast service was exceptional, and the staff made sure everything worked well. We also enjoyed the beautiful view from our room.

We were celebrating a special birthday and the hotel surprised us with a complimentary bottle of cava and a piece of cake in our room. It made our stay extra special and showed how thoughtful and attentive the staff were. The room was also beautiful and well-maintained, with turn down service and lovely Clarins toiletries. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the hotel had a nice bar with entertainment, including a flamenco show. The breakfast included was a nice bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Seville.

We had a fantastic Christmas break in Seville, with a lot of things to love about our hotel. the staff were exceptional, offering warm and friendly service throughout our stay. The location was also perfect, situated within walking distance of all the main tourist areas. Additionally, the red level service provided us with a comfortable lounge to relax in, where we enjoyed complimentary drinks and snacks.

One downside was that the pool and terrace area were a bit small, but this is understandable given the limited space in the city. Additionally, the lighting in the room was a bit confusing, making it difficult to figure out how to turn on and off the lights at the same time.

The location was perfect for exploring Seville. Attention to detail for my partner's birthday was a nice touch. Stylish lobby and evening entertainment. Fabulous views from the swimming pool and rooftop area. Tasty selection of food and wine at the restaurant.
