The value for money was excellent, especially with the Red Level package. The room was incredibly comfortable and the private deck with a hot-tub was a luxurious touch. The hotel's location was perfect, close to everything but still in a local neighborhood. The staff treated us exceptionally well, making us feel welcome and going above and beyond to assist us.

The hotel breakfast menu could be improved, as some dishes were served cold and not as described on the menu.

Additionally, the hotel's location was very convenient, as it was within walking distance of the shops and close to the famous cathedral.

It provided a gorgeous reprieve and allowed us to relax and unwind. the location of the hotel was also a major advantage, as it was centrally located and allowed us easy access to all the key attractions. Furthermore, the service throughout our stay was exceptional, making our Christmas holiday truly enjoyable.

We were celebrating a special birthday and the hotel surprised us with a complimentary bottle of cava and a piece of cake in our room. It made our stay extra special and showed how thoughtful and attentive the staff were. The room was also beautiful and well-maintained, with turn down service and lovely Clarins toiletries. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the hotel had a nice bar with entertainment, including a flamenco show. The breakfast included was a nice bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Seville.

We had a fantastic Christmas break in Seville, with a lot of things to love about our hotel. the staff were exceptional, offering warm and friendly service throughout our stay. the location was also perfect, situated within walking distance of all the main tourist areas. Additionally, the red level service provided us with a comfortable lounge to relax in, where we enjoyed complimentary drinks and snacks.

One downside was that the pool and terrace area were a bit small, but this is understandable given the limited space in the city. Additionally, the lighting in the room was a bit confusing, making it difficult to figure out how to turn on and off the lights at the same time.

The location was perfect for exploring Seville. Attention to detail for my partner's birthday was a nice touch. Stylish lobby and evening entertainment. Fabulous views from the swimming pool and rooftop area. Tasty selection of food and wine at the restaurant.
