I really got great value for my money at the hotel. The bed and pillows were amazing, and the room had a cozy feel with good amenities. The location was perfect, just across the Galleria and close to many restaurants within walking distance. The staff was incredibly helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I loved staying at this hotel! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city and just across the street from an amazing mall. After partying the night away, it was great to return here and relax in the indoor swimming pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making my stay even better. The room was also fantastic, with all the amenities one could need to make the stay comfortable.

As a solo traveler, I loved the free removal of alcoholic beverages from the fridge and the provision of daily free water bottles. The view from my room overlooking the Galleria was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. In-room dining was a great experience with delicious food. The bathtub drain issue was promptly fixed on the same day.

Excellent location for shopping and entertainment. Very nice lobby and public area. The staff was excellent and doing a great job of handling a power outage which was in progress when I arrived.

Also, wifi was not available free of charge and the hotel offers only paid wifi. In today's day and age, who charges extra for wifi?

Located just across the street from the popular Galleria mall, our weekend at this hotel was a dream come true. We were able to shop to our heart's content and then simply walk back to the comfort of our spacious room. The bathroom was equipped with a lighted makeup mirror and a luxurious shower head with a separate body wand. The service was exceptional, with the staff being friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The restaurant didn't meet our expectations, as the food was not up to par and the selection was limited.
