The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to public transportation and close proximity to attractions. The staff were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to assist us during our stay. the rooftop bar and pool provided a relaxing and enjoyable space to unwind and enjoy the views.

There were a few things that could have been improved. The cleanliness of the apartment was not up to our expectations, with dirty floors and an unclean toilet.

The customer service was excellent too, as they were able to accommodate our late arrival and even sent a forgotten iPhone to our next destination. Great location in the heart of Madrid's lively Grand Avenue. Close to a 24-hour grocery store, meeting points for day tours, and a luggage locker facility. The apartment had excellent facilities, including a well-equipped kitchen and a washer. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The lobby had a refreshing scent from the diffuser system. Lots of shopping, restaurants, and theaters nearby.

The sofa bed mattress could be more comfortable, and there were some noise issues from the outside.

I had an amazing stay at Gran View Apartments in the heart of the action-filled location of Madrid. The value for money was exceptional and the bed in our unit was incredibly comfortable. The staff, including Oscar, Javier, Reydel, Daniela, and Javi.

My only suggestion to improve the breakfast option would be to provide cleaning products in the kitchen for guests to easily clean up after themselves.
