We had a minor issue with the key card not working, but the staff at Isa Granada were quick to assist us and resolve the problem. They were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and ensuring we had a comfortable experience. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, providing a cozy environment to relax in. our stay at Isa Granada was enjoyable and we would recommend it to others.

We loved the design and layout of this accommodation! The courtyard was just amazing and made us feel at home. The rooms were well thought out, with the 8-bed dorm feeling more like a 4-bed due to the separate doors. The en suite bathroom was spacious and very clean, with plenty of storage space. The hotel's location in the heart of the city made it easy for us to explore and visit bars.

Hotel breakfast could have been more diverse.

Well-located, with easy access to nearby attractions. Competent staff who spoke English fluently. Clean bathrooms and non-stop kitchen access. Ok breakfast with bread, Nutella, and sweets. Lots of international guests, free coffee and tea available.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to Plaza Nueva and the Alhambra. There were plenty of shops nearby and convenient tram and bus options. the common area was beautiful and the rooms were comfortable, especially the shower. the staff went above and beyond, helping us arrange transportation and making us feel welcome. the option for a home-cooked meal for €5 was a great addition. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was fantastic, very easy to reach from the bus station and close to all the attractions. the inn is very centrally located, making it easy to catch a bus to the main sights. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with plenty of towels and hand wash and shower gel dispensers. Each room/apartment had a large fridge freezer, perfect for keeping drinks ice cold. We rented different types of accommodations for our large family and found the suite to be the best room. the breakfast provided was basic but nice, and we appreciated the common kitchen and seating area for preparing and enjoying meals together. the staff was helpful and even arranged taxis who needed them. a great stay.

I would highly recommend this hostel to fellow backpackers for its convenience, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations.

We had a great stay at a cheap accommodation close to the center and Alhambra. the location was perfect, just off the main streets in a secluded and quiet area. We loved the rooftop balcony that provided a nice escape at the end of the day. Check-in was a bit complicated with emails and paperwork, but overall efficient. the room was equipped with basic amenities, although we expected it to be more up to date. Despite that, the accommodation was comfortable and met our needs.

I had a great stay at Isa. The apartment was spacious and exceptionally clean. The central location was perfect for exploring, yet it was quiet. The hostel's design, especially the courtyard, was amazing. The staff, especially Anna at the reception, were professional and kind. The hostel organized different activities that made our time in Granada perfect. The staff created a laid-back and awesome atmosphere. The facilities were modern and brand new. The breakfast was varied and delicious. It was a place to remember if I come back.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! the rooms were immaculately clean and beautifully presented. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the shopping area and right in the heart of the city. the staff were incredibly helpful and always available to answer any questions we had. One of the best things about our stay was the shared kitchen, which was well-equipped and always kept clean. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast provided. we had a fantastic experience at this hotel and highly recommend it.

That we couldn't get the air conditioning units to work. Luckily, the weather was mild during our visit so it wasn't too uncomfortable.

This apartment is perfect for those with physical handicaps - incredibly spacious, bright, and equipped with a great small kitchen and dining table. The private bathroom in the room is a plus too. The common area is wide and spacious, making it easy to maneuver around.

I felt incredibly cared for during my stay - no complaints at all.
