The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect, offering a peaceful escape from the touristy areas. The staff were attentive and always ready to help.

The breakfast menu could have been improved with more vegetarian options.

The buffet had a great variety of choices and the staff provided excellent service. The hotel is located near shops and the beach, making it convenient for exploring. One of the highlights was the piano bar in the evening with fabulous musicians.

The WiFi was weak and the staff seemed overworked. The food, while plentiful, lacked quality, especially the lack of fresh juice options.

We recently stayed in a hotel in Costa Adeje and had a fantastic holiday. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet suburb of the Costa Adeje developments. We were able to explore the area easily and it was just a short walk to the beach. There was also a small shopping centre opposite the hotel, where we could grab any essentials we needed. One evening, we dined at a lovely Tapas restaurant in the area which had delicious food and a great atmosphere.

The entertainment area in the hotel felt a bit cold and more like a waiting room than a theatre.

The hotel grounds were lovely and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, hardworking, and helpful. The rooms were clean, bright, and comfortable. The food and service at the bars and restaurants were excellent, with a variety of options at every meal. The pool areas were enjoyable and the breakfast was delicious with fresh and well-cooked food.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in a quiet area with a black sand beach. The pool area was nice and not crowded. There were great entertainment options and restaurants nearby, as well as a shuttle bus to a popular tourist area. The hotel was clean and the service was efficient. The food and drinks were excellent, especially the a la carte options. it was a peaceful and enjoyable holiday.

We stayed at H10 Costa Adeje Palace for our honeymoon and opted for the privilege service. The food was fantastic, with a wide variety of options in the buffet restaurant. The "a la carte" and tepanyaki restaurants were also excellent. The privilege service provided access to a special room with coffee and drinks all day, as well as a special pool area. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel was beautiful and clean. a wonderful experience.

We stayed at H10 Costa Adeje Palace for 10 days and had a wonderful time. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The gardens and pools were well-maintained, and the location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and nearby shops. The Wi-Fi was excellent throughout the hotel, and we were pleasantly surprised by the bottle of Champagne left in our room for my girlfriend's birthday. The breakfast had a great variety and the food overall was fantastic.

Lovely modern rooms, well-maintained pools and gardens, friendly and helpful staff, excellent food with plenty of choice, convenient location with shops and restaurants nearby.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect, right on the sea front and in a less busy area of town. We loved taking leisurely walks along the great promenade, enjoying the stunning views. The service here is top-notch, with superb customer service from all the staff. We were especially impressed with the friendly and helpful attitude of the team. The room amenities were also excellent, with air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a lovely terrace. The hotel also offers a range of fantastic facilities, including a spa and wellness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and beach access. It truly felt like a paradise retreat.

We recommend this place to everyone.

Great location near the beach and Caleta, excellent facilities and friendly staff. Well-equipped and comfortable rooms. Wide-ranging and well-laid out buffet breakfast. Clean and welcoming restaurant area. Friendly and efficient restaurant staff. This end of Costa Adeje is quieter and more preferable. Nice sandy beach area at El Duque, just a short and attractive walk away.

I was pleasantly surprised with my recent stay at a hotel in Costa Adeje. The rooms may have been a bit dated, but they were comfortable and clean. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay enjoyable. Additionally, the food was delicious, especially the meals at the al a carte restaurants. The hotel also had great facilities, including a gym and entertainment activities. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Great service and variety of breakfast options, as well as easy access to a nearby supermarket. The hotel's proximity to the beach and restaurants is a huge plus, with plenty of space for sunbathing and relaxing.

The rooms were a bit dark and some had issues with ants and unpleasant odors in the wardrobe. The staff could have been friendlier in some cases and more upfront about additional charges for drinks.
