Had a fantastic Christmas holiday at this hotel. the staff were super friendly and welcoming, especially Alejandro at the bar, made us feel at home. the food was absolutely brilliant, with lots of variety and delicious options. the location was perfect, close to the beach and other attractions. the spa was a great addition, relaxing and rejuvenating after a day of exploring.

A little more information about the services in the hotel would have been helpful. keeping track of the expenses for half board guests was a bit difficult, as there was no easy way to check the running total.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The unique architecture and massive scale of the building really impressed me. The food at the buffet was fresh and tasty, with a variety of options to choose from. I especially enjoyed the view of the giant cacti while dining outside. The management even sent a bottle of Prosecco to my room on my birthday, which was a nice touch. I would highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location near the beach and sand dunes.

My baby daughter especially loved the melon. the pools and facilities were top-notch, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. I'm already looking forward to coming back.

We've stayed at this beachside luxury property multiple times and it never disappoints. The location is perfect, with easy access to the bustling center of Meloneras and stunning ocean views from the swimming pools. The rooms are spacious and well-furnished, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. The service is top-notch, with friendly staff always ready to assist. The breakfast options are plentiful and delicious, offering a great start to the day. The hotel also boasts fantastic facilities, including multiple restaurants and a variety of activities.

The guest segmentation at the hotel could be improved, as it creates an atmosphere where some guests seem pretentious and not in a holiday mood.

Our stay at this hotel was excellent value for money. The room was fantastic, especially after they kindly moved us to a better location. The hotel’s location was also great with a lovely walk along the seafront into town. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome.

We had a fabulous time at a lovely hotel. The staff were amazing, going out of their way to make us feel welcome. The amenities were top-notch and the food was delicious. One of the highlights was the animation team, especially Stan, who played football with our son. we highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great value for money with a lovely room, comfortable beds, and a clean and spacious bathroom. The location was perfect for a relaxing vacation, away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas. The staff were friendly, except for a few exceptions, and the grounds were well-maintained with ample swimming pools and sun loungers.

Menu for breakfast could be improved with more variety and options available.

Lovely weather and beautiful pools, with plenty of sunbeds to enjoy. the food was varied and the choice of drinks was impressive, with delicious cocktails on offer. the hotel was located close to a nice promenade where we enjoyed walking and exploring the local area.

The staff were not very friendly and sometimes service was slow, which made the experience less enjoyable. the rooms were too dated and could use an upgrade, and the housekeeping staff didn't always clean the rooms until later in the day.

Nothing, it was perfect.

This hotel is truly luxurious with exclusive amenities like a spa, outdoor swimming pool, sauna and sun terrace. the Spa and wellness centre is especially noteworthy with a variety of treatments like full body massages, beauty treatments, waxing and facial available to guests. the hotel's location offers easy beach access which was very enjoyable.

While the hotel provided an excellent leisure/ TV room, it was frustrating that there was no Tea/Coffee maker facilities in room.

The value for money at this hotel is excellent. The room was comfortable and clean with a great shower. The location is perfect, with a beautiful coastal walk to the main beach. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.
