This place suits me perfectly with internet access, 24-hour reception, a fitness centre, and a steam room. On my first stay, staff helped me find great dining spots. Highly recommend checking out their snack bar! Coming back for Xmas!

Our experience was marred by the small size of the en-suite bathroom. it felt cramped, making it difficult to maneuver. Additionally, the noise from the street was disruptive at times, which made it hard to relax. I also found the breakfast area too crowded, leading us to sit separately from friends on multiple occasions—a rather disappointing start to our mornings.

i almost penned a glowing review, but the noise from the street kept me up all night, making it a real struggle. and a broken lift while i was on the 4th floor? don’t even get me started! i expected a complimentary gesture for all the inconvenience, but alas, it seems special treatment was reserved for others.

The Four-Poster Suite was stunningly charming and impeccably clean. The staff went the extra mile for my 50th, adorning my room with balloons and prosecco—a delightful surprise!

The hotel’s location was a dream for theatre lovers, just minutes from Leicester Square. I also appreciated the warm welcome with Prosecco and the thoughtful birthday decor they set up for my partner.

However, the room felt smaller than expected, and we faced a frustrating wait for breakfast. Despite that, the staff remained polite and eager to help. Just an FYI for future guests, table shortages during peak times.

The room was spacious with a comfy bed, and the staff were uniformly friendly, especially Kayla, who always wore a warm smile. However, the breakfast area felt a bit cramped, and I faced some noise from the street, which was somewhat disruptive during the night.

I booked a room for my niece's 40th birthday, and the hotel surprised her with complimentary drinks and a lovely cheesecake. Flowers and towel art on the bed. The steam room and spa services were a fantastic way to unwind after the show we attended. Just a heads up, breakfast might be a bit crowded, but don’t miss out on exploring nearby dining options! 😊

the montcalm had an excellent location. easy access to theatres and countless dining options. staff were always friendly and accommodating. especially ana and ieva at the front desk. enjoyed a lovely welcome drink and the housekeeping was top-notch.
