the room I stayed in was spacious and had a small kitchen and separate sitting area, making it very comfortable. the daily room cleaning and turndown service with chocolates in the evening were delightful touches. the dining room offered a variety of Spanish specialties, and the wine list featured excellent local white wines. there were plenty of local restaurants within a 5-minute walk. the hotel also provided convenient airport shuttle service and easy access to the capital city.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is situated on an unspoilt island with beautiful black beaches in close proximity. Additionally, it is easy to reach from the airport.

The evening meals at the restaurant can be disappointing, with a self-service buffet style that lacks a relaxed atmosphere.

Stunning atrium and friendly staff. Rooms are kept very clean, comfortable beds, flat-screen TV, and a useful fridge. Sea and mountain views from the room, and located right on the seafront for relaxing strolls. Breakfast has a good selection, including freshly made omelette and smoothies. Public areas are pleasant and kept tidy, and the hotel is close to the airport.

Limited public seating due to conference use, and the bar is expensive with execrable coffee. Some staff may not be as friendly as others, and there was one specific supervisor noted for their attitude.
