the room was absolutely terrible, under the roof with frosted windows, so natural light? forget it! not to mention the air conditioning was defective, making it stuffy, and the staff? indifferent. i woudl ve been thrilled with a complimentary upgrade or some form of special treatment but alas, i guess that's too much to ask here. so disappointing!

I enjoyed my five-night stay in a well-located hotel with a delightful atmosphere. While the breakfast was a bit pricey and limited, I appreciated the cozy lounge area. For future guests, consider exploring nearby cafes as an alternative for meals. Overall, a pleasant experience!

Had a fantastic stay with friends! The hotel is in a prime spot, just a quick walk to the Roman bridge and flamenco shows. The latticed balconies really added to the charm. Breakfast was decent, though maybe a bit limited. Definitely recommend for a fun getaway!

One downside was that the breakfast area could use a better setup. it's located in the basement, which felt a bit cramped. But overall, it was manageable.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The location was incredible, right between the stunning Mezquita and the charming Puente Romano. The kids loved the unique architecture, and we enjoyed lounging in the beautiful courtyard. Also, the staff helped us book an amazing flamenco show that was unforgettable!

My children wished for a kettle in the room.

the location was perfect, right next to the cathedral. the staff were incredibly accommodating, helping with recommendations and stowing my bike box during my tour. lots of great bars and restaurants nearby.

the shower was difficult to access. the location is perfect for visiting the mosque, and the staff were welcoming 😊. breakfast was simple but delicious. the room was comfortable, though a kettle would’ve been nice!

Lovely ambience and really spacious rooms. Super close to amazing spots like the Alcazar Palace and Roman Bridge! The hotel has character for sure! Definitely would return for a short stay. Perfect for exploring!

The prime location nearby the Cathedral/Mosque made it easy to explore key attractions, and the spacious room provided a comfortable retreat after busy days. The breakfast surpassed expectations with delicious options, including fresh, made-from-scratch pizza. However, maintenance could be improved. our room felt a bit cramped, and the TV placement was uncomfortable for viewing. The charming courtyard, while attractive, seemed underutilized. Staff assistance was invaluable in navigating the area.

Location is a dream, just a hop from all the sights! The charming, historic vibe makes you feel like royalty, and the lovely outdoor area is perfect for sipping wine after a long day of exploring.
