The hotel's location is perfect, right next to the train station. It is very close to the trains to Zermatt, making it convenient for exploring the area. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast is enjoyable, and the staff at the reception desk are kind and helpful when needed.

The design of the bathroom, with the glass door and a permanent light inside, can be a bit disturbing for a good night's sleep.

Convenient location near train station with shuttle trains to Zermatt every 20 mins, quick ride. Comfortable room, great views, and good food at the restaurant. Lovely staff, especially the young lady at reception. Extra pillow provided, spacious and clean room. Nice breakfast buffet with plenty of options.

The hotel's location proved to be very convenient for visiting Zermatt and the surrounding area. the rooms were spacious, clean, and modern with great views of the mountains. the staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable.

The noise from passing trains was a bit disturbing, even though the soundproofing worked well with windows closed. the hotel lacked some outdoor space where guests could relax and enjoy the view.

the location was perfect for our trips to Zermatt. the staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and answered all our questions promptly. Our room had a modern design with a beautiful view of the mountains. It was clean and spacious, and we appreciated the extra pillow left on the bed. the hotel had a Swiss touch and was updated with all the great features. the breakfast offered a variety of options and the restaurant served delicious Swiss cuisine. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Zermatt.

We absolutely loved our stay at this place. The location couldn't have been better - right next to the train station, making it convenient for us to explore the surrounding areas. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing us with the perfect place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to ensure that we had a pleasant stay. The service housekeeping was outstanding, with our room being well-maintained and immaculately cleaned. This hotel also had a great range of amenities, from the lovely terrace to the well-equipped fitness centre, providing us with plenty of options for relaxation and leisure activities.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel right next to the train station, with breathtaking mountain views. the room was comfortable, with a cozy bed and heated floors in the bathroom. the location was perfect, just a short distance from the Tasch stop, making it convenient for exploring Zermatt. We enjoyed delicious meals at the restaurant, including a great breakfast spread. the staff was helpful and check-in was a breeze. it was a joy staying at Taescherhof for two days.

No complaints at all. 😊
