The garden was absolutely beautiful, full of lush palm trees and animals. the hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. the beach and pool were perfect for relaxing, with plenty of loungers to enjoy. the location was excellent, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

the nightlife was quite limited, with not a lot going on in the evenings.

We had a wonderful stay at a lovely hotel with beautiful gardens and a charming balcony. the staff were friendly and the pool area was well maintained, although the water was a bit cold. the location was ideal, close to the sea and within walking distance of several restaurants. We especially enjoyed the conservatory bar and the free coffee and tea service.

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The waiters in the food hall were attentive and coordinated, and even organized a special breakfast for my mom in our room. The staff at the orchid bar were friendly and made amazing cocktails. The lifeguard was welcoming and helped us find the perfect spot by the pool. The receptionists made check-in and check-out fast and easy. The gardeners and maintenance staff were always friendly and gave a happy atmosphere. The enormous pool was a hit with my son and me, and the rooms were modern and comfortable. The WiFi in our block worked well, allowing us to watch Netflix before bed. The walk-in showers were a treat, and the surrounding gardens added to the lovely atmosphere. Despite being full, the hotel felt empty and private with plenty of available sunbeds and tables in the dining area. We will definitely be returning.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel on the south west coast. The location was perfect, with a hospital nearby in case of any emergencies, and plenty of different restaurants close by for dinner. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a clean and well-maintained bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of choices. The hotel also had beautiful gardens and a stunning pool area. it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

I did notice that the sofa bed in the room was quite uncomfortable.

The hotel had a clean and spacious apartment with a beautiful pool and lovely gardens. It was conveniently located near local buses and an easy walk to Santa Cruz. I enjoyed spending the evening in a tapas bar listening to a guitarist and the wooden sliding doors between the bedroom and lounge were amazing.
