As young families, we loved the well-decorated rooms and comfortable beds. The JQ lounge offered a nice place to relax with a view over the city. Gogogaga skybar had fantastic breakfast and dinner options, with an assortment of Asian tapas to choose from. The hotel also provided a warm welcome to our furry friend, allowing our dog to join us almost everywhere.

The room at Jacyz was small but beautifully decorated, making the most of the space. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. Despite arriving late, the vibrant atmosphere in the lobby felt like stepping into a lively club. The JQ lounge provided a relaxing setting with a stunning view of the city. Gogogaga skybar served a delicious breakfast and dinner, offering an assortment of Asian tapas. Although small, Pachanga pool club was enjoyable. I had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the food.

There were no tea or coffee facilities in the room, which would have been a nice addition. The lights on one side of the bed were not working, slightly inconvenient.

the rooftop pool was a highlight, with heated swimming and sun loungers that were perfect for relaxing. the room was well-appointed, with private facilities and a comfortable bed. We appreciated the in-room breakfast and the restaurant had a great selection of dishes.

One minor issue we found was the lack of tea/coffee facilities in the room. Otherwise, we were thoroughly impressed with the spa and wellness centre, which offered a range of services including massage and a spa lounge.

our overnight stopping in gothenburg was made even better by jacyz. exceeded expectations with excellent service, beautiful rooms, and a welcoming attitude towards pets. will definitely return and recommend.
