Amazing customer service. Spacious and clean rooms. Beautiful grounds for walks. Big swimming pool. Good selection of local dishes and wine. Friendly staff. Nice interior design. Convenient location for visiting beaches.

The service at Hacienda Son Antem Golf Resort was exceptional. We accidentally left our iPhone charger at home, but the staff went above and beyond to help us find a charger to borrow. The level of care and attention to detail truly made us feel valued as guests. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and commitment to guest satisfaction.

The location of the hotel is perfect for a peaceful stay, surrounded by tranquil areas and beautifully furnished common areas. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable stay. the staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. The breakfast is diverse and of excellent quality, offering a wide range of options to choose from.

The communication with the hotel before arrival proved to be difficult, causing some inconvenience in our planning.

We had a luxurious stay at this venue. the exclusive amenities, including the spa and wellness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, sun loungers, and garden area were outstanding. the personalized service exceeded our expectations; the staff was friendly and accommodating. the lovely restaurant with its special diet menus provided us with mouth, watering dishes every day, and the poolside snack bar was a great option for on, the, go meals.

the packed lunches were not up to our expectations.

During our romantic escape, we appreciated the great attention to detail in the décor of the hotel's rooms and common areas. We also enjoyed the spacious rooms and the comfortable beds. the location of the hotel, with its proximity to different beaches and attractions, was also a definite plus.

The pool felt more like a family-friendly water park, with noisy kids around. the limited restaurant menu and poor food quality did not live up to our expectations for a romantic dinner.
