The on-site shop and restaurant were really convenient, with lovely friendly staff. We could easily grab any last-minute essentials or enjoy a delicious meal without having to go far. Plus, the hotel's location right beside the bus station was a major plus when waiting for pickup to the airport.

The lack of entertainment options near the hotel was a disappointment. The surrounding bars were often empty and the center of Los Cristianos, though within walking distance, didn't offer much in terms of nightlife.

We had all the necessary amenities, including a 4-ring hob, full oven, kettle, and toaster. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall value for money was excellent. We even received a complimentary bottle of water and wine. the complex had a nice pool and a good restaurant with entertainment.

The strong hot shower was a definite bonus. The pool was big and there were plenty of sunbeds available. It was also a convenient distance from the center and the ferry. The reception staff were efficient and friendly, and the hotel's shop was great for small purchases.
