Waking up to the sound of waves was bliss. The buffet breakfast had an incredible selection, including themed nights that made dining feel like an event! The rooftop pool was a favorite. A great spot to watch the sunset.

Consider hiring bikes to explore Palma. it's a fantastic ride along the beachfront and a unique way to experience the area beyond the hotel.

absolutely underwhelming experience, there were only three tiny elevators for the whole hotel, making it a nightmare just to get to my room. And paying for the safe? really? I was expecting a welcome gift but just got disappointment instead. almost left a good review, but just couldn't, since frankly, this is not even deserving of 4 stars.

the air-conditioner barely worked, and the room was sweltering- sleeping with the balcony open was not my idea of luxury. also, can we talk about the toilet's smell wafting through the room? i mean, i almost thought they were offering a free fragrance! with all these issues, a complimentary wine or upgrade woudl ve been nice, but i guess that's too much to ask.

Location is perfect. Rooftop swimming pool is amazing, and the indoor heated pool was enjoyable. had an issue with the shower when I checked in , rectified immediately. Sea view room was satisfactory. A complimentary champagne bottle was a nice touch.
