Check-in and checkout process was fast and the staff was helpful. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the beach, city center, and airport. the hotel was clean and had a beautiful rooftop terrace with a bar and stunning views.

Some of the staff struggled with English, and there were instances of privacy intrusion despite the "do not disturb" sign. the pool was small, and the breakfast options became repetitive.

I had a great time at this hotel. the location was fantastic - right in the center, within walking distance of the old town and many attractions. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Finally, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with large windows providing plenty of natural light and a beautiful view of the surroundings. The big bathroom was an added bonus. Not to mention, the breakfast included was generous and satisfying.

A small improvement could be made in terms of elevator speed.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of the tourist area, close to the old town and the River park. The location was fantastic, allowing me to explore the city easily. The rooms were very clean and beautifully decorated with lovely interior design touches. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to provide excellent service. The breakfast on the rooftop open air space was great value for money, and the free bottled water in the rooms was a nice touch.

The lack of a kettle for tea and coffee in the room.

We stayed in a charming hotel located in a picturesque neighborhood across from a beautiful park. It was a convenient base from which to explore the old town and all the major attractions. The rooms were nicely decorated, clean, and had renovated bathrooms. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was generous and well assorted. We also enjoyed the rooftop terrace with a small pool, where we could relax and enjoy some delicious tapas and cocktails. The hotel had a great Wi-Fi connection throughout.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel. It was very near everything in the Carmen neighborhood, and close to public transport which made it easy to get to everywhere in the old town. Plus, the hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the cleanliness. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were incredibly helpful.
