The hotel breakfast menu could be improved with more variety.

As low-budget travelers, we loved the variety of food options and all-inclusive drinks, as well as the heated pool. The staff were exceptional, working long hours with a smile. The beachfront location and stunning views were a highlight. The hotel had plenty of sunbeds and guest towels available. The hotel's beautiful wooden lobby and landscaping were impressive.

The location of the hotel was also perfect, with plenty of activities like cycling and walking nearby, as well as a beautiful view from my room. I had a marvelous holiday and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Seaside Los Jameos was a fantastic experience. the food quality and variety was excellent, with the fish chefs and their creations being a definite highlight. the staff, particularly David from the bars and Romana from the restaurants, were exceptional in their service and friendliness. the hotel itself was well-managed and maintained, with clean facilities and a wide range of activities. the swimming pools were also a highlight, providing a refreshing break from the Lanzarote heat. the all-inclusive package offered great value for money.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in a beautiful chilled area, right by the sea. The location was absolutely perfect, as I was able to relax on the beach and take in the breathtaking views. The room was spacious and clean, complete with a modern bathroom. The staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast options were delicious and catered to all tastes. The hotel also had fantastic facilities, including a piano bar where talented musicians performed every evening.

The lack of assistance for disabled guests in the restaurant during busy times.

We recently stayed at Seaside in Puerto del Carmen for a week and had a fantastic time. The hotel grounds were beautiful, with heated and unheated pools, minigolf, tennis courts, and plenty of sunbeds. The food was a highlight, with a wide variety of high-quality options for breakfast and themed food nights. The staff were friendly and helpful, even assisting us when my husband had an accident at the airport. Highly recommended!

Amazing reception area and spacious rooms on the 3rd floor. The staff quickly installed a bath chair for disabled guests. Tea/coffee facilities and daily coffee maker. Plenty of storage space and a reasonable view of the pool. The buffet food was well presented and the Christmas gala was enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely wonderful, as it is very close to the beach and right on the coast of Lanzarote. The hotel facilities are top-notch, with a gym, spa, outdoor swimming pools, and even a mini-golf course. The cleanliness of the hotel is excellent, and the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast provided was delicious, with plenty of choices to satisfy everyone's tastes.

Fabulous room, accommodating staff, fresh fish, stunning vegetation, baby-friendly, clean property.

Nothing, it is perfect.

We were pleasantly surprised by the selection and quality of the all-inclusive food and drinks. the variety of options was impressive, and even as a fussy eater, I couldn't fault anything. Another great aspect was the hotel's beautiful grounds, with displays of local history that were interesting to explore. the staff were fantastic and couldn't have been more helpful.

The difficulty in finding a good sunbed location due to the reserving of beds by other guests. the hotel's evening entertainment also seemed to be more focused on the kids, with only 45 minutes of entertainment for adults.

The food variety was impressive and the proximity to shops and restaurants was ideal. the pool was great and had shaded areas, perfect for children. the location was also very convenient, only a short taxi ride from the airport.

The staff was not always attentive and the service could be slow. the rooms were not very soundproof and, unfortunately, we encountered some unwanted guests in the first room we were assigned.

We had a fabulous stay at a resort in Puerto del Carmen. The staff were great, breakfast was plentiful and fresh with a wide selection. The room was always spotlessly cleaned, and we loved the fact that we could still use the pool and facilities even after check-out time. The hotel accommodated our request for a room with a bath and made our stay comfortable, especially for our three-month-old baby. The food was great, with a daily choice of fresh fish. The beautiful vegetation provided a sense of privacy as we walked around the resort.
