My stay at Port was fantastic from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room I was assigned was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful balcony where I could enjoy the morning sun. I absolutely loved the smoothies at the restaurant - they were so refreshing! my experience at Port Alicante City & Beach was top-notch and I would highly recommend it to others.

Stayed for 4 nights and loved everything about our trip. The hotel is amazing, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet had great choices and the dinner was excellent. The weather was fantastic and the hotel offers affordable food and drinks. The location is in a nice quiet neighborhood, just a 10-minute walk from the beach promenade. A big supermarket is also nearby. The rooms are clean and having a fridge in the room is priceless. fantastic value for money and we will be going back later this year.

The hotel had recently been refurbished, so everything was new and clean. the beds were big and comfy, perfect for a good night's sleep. the location was great, just a 5-minute walk to the beach and there was a supermarket conveniently located around the corner.

The bathroom layout was a bit odd, with the WC being in a small enclosed space and the sink and shower in the bedroom, lacking privacy. the exterior common areas, including the pool, were located close to the street, which didn't offer much privacy.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful seafront. There were also plenty of local restaurants to choose from. The hotel itself was spacious and looked clean. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, quickly fixing up some delicious pasta sauce for me. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were a great place to relax and soak up the sun. I had a wonderful experience here.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The residential area where this venue is located quite close to some very nice beach, which made for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation atmosphere. This resort exceeded my expectations with its convenient location near a supermarket for all my needs, including being just a short walk away from a stunning beach. The tram station nearby made it easy to explore the city center, providing a perfect balance of peace and accessibility. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. the facilities were impressive, including a pool and mini-fridge in the room for added convenience.

There were limited menu options at the poolside bar, but this was a minor inconvenience as there were plenty of other dining options nearby.

the laundry service fees were outrageous and the staff's approach to resolving the issue was uncomfortable and unprofessional. While some aspects of the stay were enjoyable, the negatives left a sour taste in our mouths.
