My stay at Port was fantastic from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room I was assigned was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful balcony where I could enjoy the morning sun. I absolutely loved the smoothies at the restaurant - they were so refreshing! my experience at Port Alicante City & Beach was top-notch and I would highly recommend it to others.

The hotel had recently been refurbished, so everything was new and clean. the beds were big and comfy, perfect for a good night's sleep. the location was great, just a 5-minute walk to the beach and there was a supermarket conveniently located around the corner.

The bathroom layout was a bit odd, with the WC being in a small enclosed space and the sink and shower in the bedroom, lacking privacy. the exterior common areas, including the pool, were located close to the street, which didn't offer much privacy.

One of the best aspects of our stay at Port was the incredible variety of breakfast options available. From fresh fruit to pastries to a delicious hot buffet, there was something for everyone. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful selection of teas and coffees. Starting our day with such a satisfying meal set the perfect tone for our adventures.

The hotel staff at Port were incredibly helpful and friendly. We encountered a problem with our room, but they quickly resolved it and made sure we were comfortable. The location of the hotel is also great, with easy access to the beach and bus stops. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Staff helpful, room clean, good location near beach, transportation options, many restaurants & bars. Amazing breakfast, clean hotel areas & rooms even when full. Recently renovated, great rooms with storage, power points. Lovely decor, facilities, friendly staff, excellent food. Full Board Plus included soft drinks, coffee, beer, wine. Tram cheap, easy access to Alicante. Well-maintained pool, excellent rooftop garden & pool area.

We stayed at Port for a few days and it was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was immaculate and spacious, and the facilities were modern and impressive. The rooftop terrace was a great place to relax and the beach was just a short walk away. There were plenty of bars and restaurants in the area, as well as a supermarket nearby. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks in the room and the daily cleaning service. the hotel was conveniently located near public transportation and a beautiful beach. Plus, the breakfast selection was impressive with plenty of options for different dietary needs.

the laundry service fees were outrageous and the staff's approach to resolving the issue was uncomfortable and unprofessional. While some aspects of the stay were enjoyable, the negatives left a sour taste in our mouths.
