I recently stayed at Canopy in Madrid for a business trip. The hotel's location near El Corte Ingles and the shopping area was perfect. There were plenty of restaurants nearby as well. Getting to the airport was easy by car or metro. The breakfast was fresh and the family rooms were spacious and well-equipped. The trendy decoration added a nice touch. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even going above and beyond to assist with a lost bag. The swipe card access to the rooms was a nice convenience too.

The hotel is conveniently situated near the Real Madrid stadium, making it a great location for football fans. Additionally, it is close to Nuevos Ministerios and Santiago Bernabeu metro stations, providing easy access to the city center.

The breakfast room could have offered more choices and had a larger seating area.

The breakfast was decent and had a good variety of options for guests. the location was convenient as there were public transportation options nearby and several attractions within walking distance.

The outdated decor and worn out furniture could have been overlooked if other aspects were up to par. Unfortunately, the subpar customer service made it difficult to have an enjoyable stay.

The service here is top-notch, with friendly staff always ready to assist us. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view and a large bathroom. The decor and ambiance of the hotel were really cool and stylish. the pool area was a great place to relax and enjoy some sun. the bar had a great selection of drinks and the staff were friendly and attentive.

The staff at the reception were not friendly and seemed uninterested in helping. There was also construction going on nearby, which made it difficult to find the hotel at night.
